Paula Drayton – Communication specialist, executive coaching

Paula is the founder and Director of Resource Advisory. With a passion for sustainability, coaching and transformative learning, Paula has extensive experience working with commercial organisations at every level.

An analytical and strategic thinker with problem solving and results focus, she possesses strong negotiation skills, the ability to apply systems thinking to complex problems and experience facilitating diverse audiences, from senior leadership to workgroups at the coal face. Paula is a proven team player, leader and culture change driver.
Paula has a Bachelor of Tourism Management (UTS) and a Masters of Education in Adult Education (UTS). She is a certified Master Coach and accredited facilitator.

Phil Daly – Team specialist, executive coaching

Phil has gained extensive experience with both the public and private sectors in Sydney as a Human Resources Development manager and consultant. As a coach or facilitator, Phil assists people develop awareness, plan and implement actions to change things in their business and/or organisation themselves.

Phil holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication Management, with majors in Organisation Development and Adult Learning, is a member of the International Association of Coaching and a Board Director of the Northern Rivers Community Foundation.

Phil has a passion for working with managers, executives and team leaders, and small and medium-sized business owners, on the way they handle performance plans for their employees, strategic and operational plans, communication breakdowns, interpersonal relationships, motivation and developing a balanced lifestyle between work, family and social pursuits

Ruth Levy - Industrial Relations, restorative mediation specialist

With a background in law (with over 8 years experience as a Litigation lawyer and Barrister) Ruth turned her attention to Human Resource Management where she has held an active practice for the past 12 years. She is also a qualified Psychotherapist and practises at the North Coast Medical Clinic in Byron Bay.

Ruth combines her legal, therapeutic and organisational development backgrounds to conduct Workplace Mediations using a Restorative Mediation approach. She also conducts Workplace Investigations.


Allison Wallace – HR consultant, policy and procedure specialist

Allison has over15 years experience in Human Resources Management with a specialty in organisational development and policy and procedure development and implementation. She uses her knowledge and communication style to influence and construct sound best practice strategies and is able to gather commitment and stakeholder engagement. Her light hearted style has earned her experience in a number of tourism and indigenous sectors.


Tea Dietterich – Communications and language expert, export consulting

Tea is the founder and director of 2M Languages and Marketing and operates out of the 2M Head Office in Brisbane and the 2M Europe office in Paris. She was the President of the Australian Institute for Translators & Interpreters Inc. (AUSIT) QLD for the past 4 years, current AUSIT Principal Delegate and sits on the AUSIT National Council and on the NAATI RAC (NAATI Regional Advisory Council) and works closely with major stakeholders in the translation & interpreting industry on a day- to -day basis. Voted Multicultural Entrepreneur by the Lord Mayor's Multicultural Unit Brisbane, Tea is an active business mentor with a special interest in international trade and the Australian Export Industry.

To stay abreast of the latest language technology developments, Tea also attends regularly international industry conferences including GALA - The Business of Language, Localization World, Tekom/TCWorld, TM-Europe and ELIA ND conferences.
